Preventive Roof Maintenance Agreement

All of Magnum Systems Roof Maintenance Agreements include performing the required inspections and repairs to keep the manufacturer’s warranty valid and up to date. Our Roof Maintenance Agreement is intended to provide owners of facilities an alternative to the manufacturer’s commercial roof system warranty. These warranties generally provide no protection against incidental damages to the roof by lack of maintenance and no provision for preventive maintenance of the roofing assemblies.
